Advising
The NBB Program welcomes you and we are here to support your academic path at Emory. Upon declaring the NBB major, you will be assigned an advisor or you may request a specific advisor.
You will work with your NBB Faculty Advisor to plan your path through the NBB major and address any issues that may arise. Your advisor is a resource, a guide, and a sounding board for your career goals and ambitions. You are encouraged, but not required, to check in with your major advisor at least once per semester.
For Oxford Continuees
As part of the Emory Connections Day you will be able to declare NBB as a major focus of study. Once your Declaration of Major paperwork is processed, you will be assigned an academic advisor. You are encouraged to reach out to your advisor with any questions you may have about the transition to Atlanta campus and the completion of the NBB major. The Office of Undergraduate Education has resources for Oxford continuees.
