Video 8.5 Cutting the Aorta. With the ventral side up, cut through the aorta and pedal ganglia. Remove protruding nerves and lobes, and pin the ring of ganglia tightly with the dorsal side up. The ganglia are now ready for desheathing (your instructor will probably do this for you).
